Terms and Conditions

Tasklio is offered as a monthly subscription. Your card is charged on the same day each month for the upcoming service period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period; no further charges will be made.

We may offer an introductory free trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will move to a limited state — no charge is made.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds, prorated refunds, or credit for partial billing periods, unused features, or downgrades. If you cancel mid-cycle you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Tasklio provides AI-assisted suggestions including draft replies, price estimates, and lead scoring. These outputs are guidance only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, optimal, or to win you the job.

Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your pricing, your customer's decision, market conditions, and your follow-up. We make no warranty or representation about earnings, conversion rate, or business results.

You are solely responsible for the use of any AI-generated content. Before sending a reply or quote to a customer, you should review it for accuracy, tone, and pricing, and edit it as needed. You are responsible for honoring any prices, commitments, or promises you communicate to your customers.

You agree to use Tasklio only for lawful business purposes and not to send spam, harass customers, or violate applicable telecommunications and email regulations (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM in the United States).

Tasklio AI operates a single transactional SMS program for business owners (Tasklio account holders). Business owners who save a phone number under Settings → SMS Notification Phone may receive transactional SMS notifications when a new lead is submitted or created in their Tasklio account. Customers who submit a request through a Tasklio public lead form do not receive SMS messages from Tasklio AI.

Message frequency varies based on lead volume. Message and data rates may apply. No marketing or promotional SMS messages are sent through this program. SMS opt-in data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

To get help, reply HELP. To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP.

Consent to receive SMS notifications is not required as a condition of purchase, subscription, or use of Tasklio AI.

Users may use Tasklio AI without providing a phone number.

Providing a phone number is optional.

SMS notifications are optional and can be disabled at any time by removing the phone number from Settings or by replying STOP.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tasklio after we publish an update means you accept the revised Terms.
