Tasklio AI ("Tasklio", "we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
When you sign up and use Tasklio we collect the following:
Your name and business name
Your email address (used to log in and receive notifications)
Your phone number (optional, used for SMS notifications)
Lead information your customers submit through your public form — name, email, phone, service type, message, and any other details they provide
Basic billing metadata from Stripe when you subscribe
We do not store your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe.
How we use your data
We use the information above solely to provide the service. That means: showing you your leads, sending you new-lead notifications, generating AI draft replies and price estimates, processing your subscription, and providing customer support.
Aggregate, anonymized usage data may be used to improve Tasklio (e.g. which features are most used). This data cannot be used to identify you.
SMS Communications
Tasklio AI sends only one category of SMS message, strictly transactional. BUSINESS OWNER NEW-LEAD NOTIFICATIONS: If you are a Tasklio account holder (cleaning business owner) and you enter and save a phone number under Settings → SMS Notification Phone, you may receive a transactional SMS notification when a new lead is submitted or created in your Tasklio account. Customers who submit requests through a Tasklio public lead form do not receive SMS messages from Tasklio AI. Message frequency varies based on lead volume. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
All SMS consent information, opt-in records, and phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are used solely to provide the requested transactional SMS service.
Mobile information and SMS consent data will not be shared, sold, rented, transferred, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent is collected only when a Tasklio account holder voluntarily enters and saves their own mobile phone number under Settings → SMS Notification Phone.
Saving the phone number is the opt-in event.
Consent is used solely to deliver requested transactional SMS notifications related to the Tasklio account.
Message frequency varies based on lead volume.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out.
Reply HELP for help.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data — or your customers' lead information — with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
We share data with our subprocessors only to deliver the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS delivery), MongoDB Atlas (database hosting), and the AI provider that powers reply/quote generation. Each is bound by their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can edit your profile and remove your phone number at any time from Settings. To delete your account entirely, email us — see below.
To stop SMS notifications, reply STOP to any message you receive from Tasklio.
