Tasklio AI is a SaaS CRM and lead-management platform for cleaning businesses. Cleaning business owners ("Tasklio account holders") sign up at cleaning.tasklio.co, receive customer service requests on a per-account public lead form, reply with AI-drafted messages, send quotes, and book recurring jobs. Tasklio AI sends two distinct transactional SMS programs as part of this workflow — one to the cleaning business owner (account-activity alerts) and one to the end customer (service-request updates). Both programs are described below. Marketing and promotional SMS are not sent on either program.

Tasklio AI SMS Programs — Workflow Summary
Tasklio AI operates two clearly separated transactional SMS programs. Each has its own opt-in surface, its own recipient, and its own message types. Both are 100% transactional. Neither program sends marketing or promotional messages. SMS opt-in data from either program is never shared, sold, or rented to third parties for any reason.
Program 1 — Business Owner Account Notifications
- Recipient: The cleaning business owner (Tasklio account holder).
- How they opt in: The owner signs in to their Tasklio account at cleaning.tasklio.co, navigates to Settings → SMS notification phone, enters and saves their own mobile number. The settings page displays the consent disclosure (transactional only, frequency, rates, STOP/HELP) immediately above the save button. Leaving the field blank disables SMS.
- Message types (account activity):
- New lead arrival — "[Name] just sent you a new lead via Tasklio."
- Customer reply alert — "[Customer] replied to your message about [Service]."
- Quote activity — quote viewed / quote accepted notifications.
- Follow-up reminders — "It's been 2 days since [Customer]'s last reply — want to follow up?"
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the owner's account activity and lead volume.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time, or clear the phone number under Settings.
Program 2 — Customer Service-Request Notifications
- Recipient: The end customer who submitted a cleaning service request through a Tasklio AI public lead form belonging to a specific cleaning business.
- How they opt in: The customer visits the cleaning business's public lead form (URL pattern
/l/<owner_id> on this site, the static fallback below at /free, or the cleaning business's own embed). The customer enters their phone number AND checks the SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default. The box label is verbatim: "I agree to receive transactional SMS notifications from Tasklio AI on behalf of this cleaning business about my service request. Messages include: confirmation that my request was received, a notice when my quote is being prepared, delivery of my quote, and appointment or service updates. Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per inquiry). Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase." - Message types (about the customer's own service request):
- Service-request received — "Hi [Name], we got your cleaning request and will get back to you soon. — [Business]"
- Quote in preparation — "Your quote is being prepared, we'll send it shortly."
- Quote delivered — "Hi [Name], your quote is ready. View it here: [link]"
- Appointment / service update — confirmations, reschedules, day-before reminders.
- Frequency: Varies — typically 1–5 messages per service inquiry over the lifecycle of that request.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message. A final confirmation is delivered and no further messages are sent for that program.
Common to both programs
- Program name: Tasklio AI
- Sender / brand: Tasklio AI (operating on behalf of each cleaning business that holds a Tasklio account).
- Message purpose: Transactional only — operational notifications about the recipient's own request or account. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through either program.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Tasklio AI does not charge recipients for messages; standard carrier rates from the recipient's mobile provider may apply.
- HELP: Reply HELP to receive help instructions, or contact support@tasklio.co.
- STOP: Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS.
- Supported carriers: Major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: Recipients must be 18+ and the account holder, or have authorization from the account holder, of the mobile number provided.
- SMS opt-in data sharing: SMS consent and phone numbers from either program are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose. We share data only with vetted service providers (Twilio for SMS delivery) strictly to deliver the messages the recipient requested.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Request a quote from a cleaning business
This is the static, no-JavaScript fallback for the Tasklio AI customer lead form (Program 2 above). Submitting this form sends your service request to the cleaning business that owns this account. If you provide a phone number AND check the SMS consent box, you will receive transactional SMS messages from Tasklio AI on behalf of that cleaning business about your request — receipt confirmation, quote-in-preparation notice, quote delivery, and appointment or service updates. SMS opt-in is not required to submit this form.
Tasklio AI is not a tax-filing, accounting, or carrier service. Standard mobile carrier message and data rates may apply. SMS opt-in data is never shared, sold, or rented to third parties.

Information we collect for SMS
For business-owner SMS (Program 1) we collect the phone number the owner saves under Settings, plus a timestamp of when they saved it. For customer SMS (Program 2) we collect the customer's name, phone number, email (if provided), the service they requested, any free-text message, the cleaning business owner the request was sent to, and a timestamp of the SMS consent check.
How we use phone numbers
Phone numbers are used exclusively to deliver the transactional SMS described in the workflow summary above — account-activity alerts for business owners (new lead, customer reply, quote activity, follow-up reminders) and service-request updates for customers (receipt confirmation, quote-in-preparation notice, quote delivery, appointment / service updates). Phone numbers are also used for account-related communications (login, password reset, support) when applicable. Phone numbers are never used for marketing.
Sharing of SMS consent
SMS consent and phone numbers from either program are not shared, sold, or rented to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, ever. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing. We share information only with vetted service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider, Twilio) strictly to deliver the messages the recipient requested.
Opt-out and help
Both programs honor universal opt-out: reply STOP to any message to opt out of that program. A final confirmation message is delivered and no further SMS are sent for that program. Reply HELP at any time to receive help instructions and our support contact. Business owners can additionally clear the SMS notification phone field under Settings to disable Program 1.
