Tasklio AI is a SaaS CRM and lead-management platform for cleaning businesses. Cleaning business owners ("Tasklio account holders") sign up at cleaning.tasklio.co, receive customer service requests on a per-account public lead form, reply with AI-drafted messages, send quotes, and book recurring jobs. Tasklio AI sends ONE transactional SMS program — owner-only new-lead notifications to Tasklio account holders. Customers who submit a request through a Tasklio public lead form do not receive SMS messages from Tasklio AI. Marketing and promotional SMS are not sent.

Tasklio AI SMS Program — Workflow Summary

Tasklio AI operates a single transactional SMS program. It is 100% transactional and is sent ONLY to cleaning business owners (Tasklio account holders) — never to end customers. Marketing and promotional messages are not sent. SMS opt-in data is never shared, sold, or rented to third parties for any reason.

Business Owner New-Lead Notifications (Owner-Only Program)

Recipient: The cleaning business owner (Tasklio account holder) ONLY. End customers do not receive SMS messages from Tasklio AI.
How they opt in: The owner signs in to their Tasklio account at cleaning.tasklio.co, navigates to Settings → SMS notification phone, enters and saves their own mobile number. The settings page displays the consent disclosure (transactional only, frequency, rates, STOP/HELP) immediately above the save button. Leaving the field blank disables SMS. Full opt-in details are on the public SMS Opt-In page.
Message sent: A single transactional notification when a new lead is submitted or created in the owner's Tasklio account. Sample body: "New lead: [Customer Name] — [Service Type]. Call: [Customer Phone]. Open: [link to lead]."
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on lead volume.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time, or clear the phone number under Settings.

Customers do not receive SMS from Tasklio AI

Customers who submit a request through a cleaning business's Tasklio public lead form are contacted by that cleaning business directly, using whichever channel the customer chose to share (phone call, SMS sent personally by the business, email, etc.). Tasklio AI does not send any SMS messages to customers on the cleaning business's behalf. There is no customer SMS program.

This is the static, no-JavaScript fallback for the Tasklio AI customer lead form. Submitting this form sends your service request directly to the cleaning business that owns this account. The cleaning business will reach out to you using the contact details you provide (phone, email, etc.). Tasklio AI does not send SMS messages to customers.

Information we collect for SMS

For business-owner SMS we collect the phone number the owner saves under Settings, plus a timestamp of when they saved it. We do not collect SMS opt-in data from customers — Tasklio AI does not send SMS to customers.

How we use phone numbers

Owner phone numbers are used exclusively to deliver the transactional SMS described in the workflow summary above — a single new-lead notification sent when a new lead is submitted or created in the owner's Tasklio account. Phone numbers are also used for account-related communications (login, password reset, support) when applicable. Phone numbers are never used for marketing.

Sharing of SMS consent

SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared, sold, or rented to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, ever. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing. We share information only with vetted service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider, Twilio) strictly to deliver the messages the recipient requested.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. A final confirmation message is delivered and no further SMS are sent. Reply HELP at any time to receive help instructions and our support contact. Business owners can additionally clear the SMS notification phone field under Settings to disable SMS.
