Information we collect for SMS
When you submit a request through a Tasklio AI lead form or opt in to receive SMS, we collect your name, phone number, email (if provided), the service you requested, any free-text message, and a timestamp of your consent. We also log the cleaning business owner the request was sent to.
How we use phone numbers
Phone numbers are used exclusively to deliver transactional SMS messages related to your service request and customer communication — for example, a confirmation of your inquiry, a quote, a scheduling update, or a follow-up from the cleaning business owner. Phone numbers are also used to operate the platform (account login, account-related notifications, and support).
Sharing of SMS consent
SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared, sold, or rented to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing. We share information only with vetted service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider, Twilio) strictly to deliver the messages you requested.
Opt-out and help
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from Tasklio AI for that program. Reply HELP at any time to receive help instructions and our support contact.

- Program name: Tasklio AI
- Message purpose: Transactional service request and customer communication notifications (lead confirmations, quote delivery, scheduling updates, and follow-ups between cleaning business owners and their customers).
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on activity on your service request and your communication with the cleaning business owner.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Tasklio AI does not charge for messages; carrier rates from your mobile provider may apply.
- HELP: Reply HELP to any Tasklio AI message to receive help instructions, or contact us at support@tasklio.co.
- STOP: Reply STOP to any Tasklio AI message to opt out of SMS at any time. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent for that program.
- Supported carriers: Major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: You must be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder of the mobile phone number you provide.
